2019 started working to educate, create and build a grant writing team. Never done major focus on grants. High touch, meeting every other week, wrote and applied to XX grants. Trained and developed a volunteer team to focus on grants.

Supporting larger picture thinking for development. Recently helping to lead a committee of three on decision making for being a fiscal sponsor.

DONNIE AND BONNIE AT TURNER FOUNDATION

Developed and designed curriculum for after school, on-site Art Classes at an affordable housing complex serving roughly 20-30 students on a tight monthly budget. Established and launched in 2014. Still running. Grades K-12, class once per week at two different sites. Learn foundational technique and concepts to art.

KIKI FOR BOARD RETREAT & WARREN

1. Full day board retreat with board to focus on board cohesiveness/alignment and strategic planning. Working board with challenges to separate governance and daily operations. 2. One half day: ‘mitigation’ session. Conflicts within the board 3. Leadership coaching to Warren, around how to be president, transitioning the founder, new funding opportunities (cannabis, BLM, accepting money for speak(personally) etc.).

TECHNOLOGY ACQUISITION AND TRAINING

In the consulting industry, each situation is unique and requires a specific set of solutions. For this project, I helped my client define the ideal outcome for the situation, and through strategic planning we were able to achieve a great end result.
